1. If you choose to participate you are REQUIRED to purchase a gift valued at no more than $20 and mail it to the recipient you've been assigned.
2. There are no things that are off limits. You could get something useful, something offensive, something nasty, it's really a gamble folks.
3. You must immediately open your gift upon receiving it.
4. If you have a twitter or blog or even an email account you must include that in the package with your Secret Santa gift so the person can thank you or send hate mail once they've received their gift.
5. You have to tell your friends about this! This is a unique and fun experience, you could potentially make new friends!
